Ramage Amide Linker on TentaGel® Resins
The Ramage resin is an alternative to the Rink amide and PAL resins. By using only 3% TFA in DCM the resin is remarkably more acid sensitive than the Rink and PAL resins. The Ramage resin is well suited for acid sensitive peptide amides and for protected peptide fragments.
