PAL Linker on TentaGel® S Resin
TentaGel® S is a standard resin for a large number of applications, useful in batch and flow through systems. The acid sensitivity of this linker is higher than that of the Rink amide linker. After completion of the peptide synthesis the peptide amide is cleaved by 50-95% TFA.
