PAL Linker on TentaGel® R Resin
TentaGel® R resin is a special designed resin for research use. Long peptide sequences (up to 100 residues), difficult sequences and PNA´s are synthesized on this support. The acid sensitivity of this linker is higher than that of the Rink amide linker. After completion of the peptide synthesis the peptide amide is cleaved by 50-95% TFA.
