Resins with Hydroxytrityl Linker (TRT)

This very acid sensitive linker is useful for the immobilization of alcohols, amines and carboxylic acids. Before use, the trityl alcohol must be converted to the trityl chloride by treatment with acetyl chloride in DCM.
