ɑ-Methoxy-ω-Bromo PEG

ɑ-Methoxy-ω-Bromide PEG

Product information

PEG bromides are excellent starting materials for further derivatization. They readily react with a vast spectrum of nucleophiles since bromides are a very good leaving group. Also PEG bromides have been used as initiators in the synthesis of PEG block co-polymers by atom transfer radical polymerization.
