Polystyrene Weinreb AM Resin

Product information

This resin contains the Weinreb amide (N-Methoxy-ß-alanine) linker attached to aminomethylated polystyrene. This support is suited for the synthesis of peptide aldehydes or ketones. Cleavage is accomplished by treatment with LiAlH4 or Grignard reagents, respectively.
